Update

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  We have gone through several drafts of the plans with our architect and builder for the new place.  Erin and I feel like we have a good design but now it just depends on if the bank will give us the go ahead to get started.  As soon as we get approved (fingers crossed) we will throw up the final floor plan, complete with 3-D drawings of how the house will look!

In the meantime, Erin and I made another big decision this week.  We originally planned to keep the current house as a rental.  After quite a bit of consideration, we are now going to try selling the house.  Considering all the work we've done on the house, we'll be sad to see it go.  But selling the house will be the best way to make the new house work.
